From the first time this couple decided to have an outdoor wedding party. It is quite tricky to have a wedding reception in outdoor area especially in Jakarta, but finally they were able to find such a perfect venue for their fairytale story.

With an estimation of 500 invitees, I believe this is a perfect number to throw a garden wedding party. As a Master Ceremony, I could easily create such a romantic and intimate ambiance

Just for your information, it is not a popular thing to have a semi buffet reception in Jakarta, but with a great collaboration  from the wedding organizer and I, as their MC, the wedding was starting on time and running as they had planned.

The venue was covered by the transparent tent- it is used for a contingency plan if the rain starts pouring along with hanging lanterns. You could say that the evening was so warm and romantic by seeing the bride and the groom who always see each other with full of joy and love all the time. What about their guest? the guest enjoyed the procession, songs, and dinner. In addition, the same day edit and pre-wedding video was beyond words.

A short preparation for the wedding does not mean that the couple to the other wedding reception. As a Master Ceremony, I have to know more about the couples (read: chemistry) so I can easily create the rundown for them

My first impression, I know they wanted something simple, casual, and sweet, but remember when you throw a wedding in Indonesia I would strongly recommend to have a cutting cake procession, those things will make more memorable for the couple and invitees

The wedding itself was held in Sofitel hotel Nusa Dua, Bali. The hotel having an access from the ballroom to the outdoor area which become the venue for the wedding- they were covered by the ancient decoration, speeches were thrown by the closest friends of the couple and at the end of the event, balloon released which make this wedding more like a sweet symphony

The Royal Wedding in Cirebon

Cirebon is known as the city of shrimps located in West Java. I was taking a train from Jakarta and it took me three hours to be there. The Locals told me that now Cirebon has become a transit spot for those who wants to travel from Jakarta to Surabaya, furthermore many people are starting to expand their business to Cirebon

Normally wedding reception in Cirebon is influenced by Semarang and Surabaya culture. The guest will be served by 8 to 10 course menu and at the same time they are presenting their traditional ritual like dancing and cultural activities on the stage.

I am not exaggerating the tittle when I decided to write "The Royal Wedding in Cirebon." The reception contains 100 tables that allows 1000 invitees to sit, eat, talk, and have fun. One thing that made me amaze was when I realize the couple used the Cinderella carriage as their wedding car.

I am just so grateful and feel honored for the opportunity to experience this Royal Wedding reception and working together with one of my role models- Becky Tumewu.

"True Love has no Boundary" 

I do believe that one of the boundaries of the journey of love is a distant. This couple shows us how they have succeed their relationship.

From our first meeting, I could tell that the bride is very expressive, she just want to make their wedding day memorable and special. What makes the wedding is going to be interesting is the bride was planning to sing "I do" from Lea Salonga and making bistrip (comic character) session before the grand entrance.

Even it was raining during the reception, still all the invitees were coming on time and enjoy the procession - especially when the bride sang " I do" for the Groom.

The couple is a living proof that if we have a true love there is no boundary on relationship.

Modern Traditional Wedding at Gran Mahakam (Pasha & Fauzia)

Being Traditional it doesn't mean something that makes you bored all the times. It depends with how you packing and mix the events in details.

I don't think being traditional is boring. it all just depend on  how you mix the details during the event

3 Days in a row they did a ritual for their wedding , starting Engagement, Midodaren, and followed by matrimony and reception. 

for three days in a row they did a ritual for their wedding. it started with their engagement, midodaren, and matrimony and reception afterwards. one thing that amazed me on that time was- though the bride was just recovered from cold that she had a week ago and it was a last day from their wedding ritual ceremony, both of the bride and the groom were still stunning

To accommodate the venue, and to keep more comfortable yet intimate they decided to divide the invitation into 2 shift (7PM , 8PM).
The 1st shift for Parents invitation and the 2nd is for their friends.

This Couples has a plan for a years for their marriage which actually it is a great timing  to pick up the best vendors for their wedding.

this couple had planned their wedding for years. by doing that they were able to pick the best wedding vendor in town to prepare their special day

Simple, Casual but formal that's a key messages for me and the organizer to bring up that atmosphere.

On that night, the organizer brought a simple, casual, but formal atmosphere. I believe that is the message that they were trying to deliver

The Guest was pampered by savories which has exclusive packaging in the foyer area and cocktail for the soft opening.
